Leadership and Executive Coaching

  • Provide ongoing coaching to senior executives (CEO, EVP level) in numerous organizations over extended periods, helping them address their key leadership and/or strategic challenges.
  • For a number of industrial clients and professional service companies, designed and delivered a customized, multi-faceted leadership development program (assessment, coaching, field assignments, course-work, peer mentoring) for current and emerging leaders.
  • Designed and delivered a multi-faceted program for over 200 Partners in a national professional services practice, improving their effectiveness as business developers.
Succession Planning
  • Providing ongoing support to the executive team of a mid-sized packaged goods company, to transition to next generation leadership and organization capacity to exploit/support explosive growth potential.
  • Working with a professional services firm on issues of partnership succession.
  • Working with a family owned mid-sized construction company on strategy development, including transition to second generation.
  • Worked with a family owned large industrial holding company where second generation could not get along, to advise on transition that included corporate reorganization to accommodate the interests of all stakeholders while sustaining the long term growth potential of each of the operating companies.
  • Designed and implemented a comprehensive talent review process that was successfully implemented with many clients, forming the foundation of their succession planning programs.
